One single reschedule without penalty or loss of purchase will be honored in the event of an emergency. Second reschedule will require a $200.00 fee to rebook. Third reschedule will result in forfeiting half of the purchase cost and must be repaid to schedule. Reschedule dates must be scheduled within 30 days of the last appointment date and must be booked immediately upon needing to reschedule. Total cancellation and no call/no show will result in forfeiture of purchase.
